“Our Phil travelled as a youth from his hometown, Brum, England, to Ireland to look for his roots and got bitten by the ballad-bug.

 While a volunteer at Yass and Quinty last year, he entertained us with the old songs, entwined with his own heartwarming songs about travelling and campfires. He creates a cosey and fun atmosphere, and I think he‘s marvellous.” Janette (his big sister)
