Gabi Forman

Gabi Forman is an award winning 19 year old Snowy Mtns based singer, songwriter, guitarist & mandolin player and Aus and NZ National Anthem specialist vocalist. She writes to evoke emotion, connect, tell a story and make a difference. Her singing voice is powerful, distinctive and expressive. Her influences are her own Scottish heritage, her Snowy Mountains home and Molly Tuttle. She has a heart for community and launched her single, an Irish-influenced ballad, The Girl, on Do It For Dolly Day to raise funds to fight bullying. She is a regular performer as a busker, in pubs, clubs, festivals, markets, restaurants, bars and community events. She was a top 100 busker at Tamworth Country Music Festival and performed at three venues as well as winning the Tamworth Bears Football Club Talent Quest with her mum. She was a featured performer at Cobargo Folk Festival 2025, Numeralla Folk Festival 2024, Bombala ANBC 2024 and Steampunk@Altitude in 2024. She has performed on the Blackboard at National Folk Festival 2024 and 2025, in the CMAA Academy Country Music Hats off to Country Festival Tamworth Showcase 2024 and Illawarra Folk Festival Youth Traditions. She was 2nd in Open at Bradden Busking Festival 2025. and 3rd in the national grand final of the Australian National Busking Championships 2024. She was selected to the prestigious CMAA Academy Country Music Junior Residential academy in Tamworth 2024 and sang a song with The Bushwackers at TCMF and Yass Irish and Celtic Festival . She recorded a 4-original song EP in Tasmania in July 2024 and released it on streaming channels and on CD September 2024 with a promotional tour.
